Dimitra Mazaraki

Dimitra Mazaraki is a Greek archaeologist and doctoral researcher at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Her academic and professional work focuses on the representation, mediation, and valorization of archaeological heritage, with a particular interest in the role of local communities and innovative approaches to heritage management. She is currently pursuing her PhD under the supervision of François Giligny and Maia Pomadère, examining how archaeological sites — notably the Malia site in Crete — can be interpreted and integrated into community life through participatory methods and digital technologies.
